Ashton Uqwan Alexander was born on January 9, 1991 in Lakewood, NJ to LaWanda Alexander. He departed this life on Wednesday August 15, 2018.
Ashton attended the Lakewood Public School System. He was an ALL-STAR Athlete. Ashton held the First Place Award in track from 2007-2010 and was undefeated. He played football (#34) and basketball; when he played he put in 200% in EVERY game.
Ashton attended Ocean County College and American Institute in Toms River, NJ; while in school he remained focused and posted his passing grades on Facebook. He was very excited about his achievements. He also was a counselor for the youth encouraging them to be the BEST in all that they did.
Ashton enjoyed spending time with his children and his family. At family functions he would come with a smile that would light up the room. When he was laughing, joking around and being silly with his dance moves his family would cheer him on.
Ashton will be missed!
