Barbara J. Mendoza of Long Branch passed away Saturday October 7, 2017 at Monmouth Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.
Barbara touched many lives over the years while working in food service. She worked at the Channel Club in Monmouth Beach as a waitress, at the Sea Streak as a food service manager, at the Monmouth County Correctional offices in the dining room and at Delicious Orchards.
She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her family on her off time.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years Pedro; 3 daughters Fran, Kim and Melanie, 1 son Scott; 8 grandchildren Michael, Vinny, Scott, Ryan, Joseph, John, Francis and Courtney; 4 great-grandchildren Amanda, Katie, Jr., and Scott III.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Monmouth Medical and the VNA for their support in her final days. She will be missed by all she touched in her lifetime.
