Darrin Alfus Williams was born on October 9, 1967 in Newark, NJ to Harry Sr. and Judith Williams. He was raised in Jackson, NJ and graduated from Jackson Memorial High School in 1986. Following several years of service in the U.S. Army, Darrin stayed in New Jersey before moving to Youngstown, OH where he spent approximately 15 years of his life. Darrin ultimately returned to his Jersey roots in 2005 and re-settled in Jackson, NJ where he established a comfortable place in his residential community.
Along with years of customer service/telemarketing employment, he also enjoyed DJing and bringing the crowd to the dance floor at parties and special occasions. He was a Minnesota Vikings fan and found much pleasure in sports, music and political discourse. Darrin was a great jokester and was known for his strong personality and ALWAYS speaking his mind! He was very social, had a wonderful sense of humor and was endearing to all he encountered with his spirited conversation.
Darrin is predeceased by his father Harry A. Williams Sr. He is survived by his mother Judith Williams, brother Harry A. Williams Jr., sons Brian Johnson and Demetrius Williams and 3 grandchildren. He also leaves behind a host of family, friends and loved ones that will continually miss his charming smile and wit. His memory will live on and be cherished in our hearts and minds forever.
