Larry Stovall, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on August 6, 2024, in Ocean Township, NJ. Born on January 14, 1964, to Lucy Stovall and Andrew Lee Everett, Larry was a cherished member of his community and a devoted family man.

Larry was educated in the Long Branch School District and went on to master the trade of tile work, proudly working for Union Local 7 in New York as a tile installer. His passion extended beyond his profession; he was an avid race track enthusiast, a dedicated sports fan, and enjoyed playing cards with his friends and family. Larry also had a special fondness for dining at his favorite restaurant, Cracker Barrel.

Larry was predeceased by his mother, Lucy Stovall; his sisters, Betty Lue Stovall and Myrtle Stovall; his brothers Thomas Stovall and Frank Stovall and his nephew, Thomas Stovall Jr. His legacy of love and devotion will continue through his three children: Tiera Queen, Lawrence Roach, and Sabrina Stovall. He was a devoted and loving Pop pop/Grandpa to six beautiful grandchildren: Daylen Queen, Kylie Queen, Malia Stoval Lopez, Jeremiah Queen, Isabella Queen and Shine Schenck.

Larry is survived by his brothers, Kevin Stovall and James (Hoover) Stovall. A host of other siblings, his beloved uncle, James Arthur Stovall, with whom he spoke daily; his caretaker, Tannia Martinez; and his niece and nephews, Gabriela Stovall, Nasir Stovall, Jermaine Stovall and Trevor Stovall. He also leaves behind many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who cherished him dearly.

Larry's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. His spirit and love will be deeply missed buy fondly remembered.
