Bessie D. Bembry was born on March 17, 1944 in Manning, South Carolina to Gabe Davis and Mary Gibson Davis.
Bessie had a bubbly personality and loved to laugh. She lived for many years in the Leisure Village Community in Lakewood, NJ. She worked as a Nurse's Aide for many years at Leisure Park. Bessie was a faithful member of Greater Bethel Church of God in Christ in Lakewood, NJ. Bessie also attended beautician school. She enjoyed sewing, cooking and hanging out on the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Bessie is predeceased by her beloved parents Gabe and Mary Gibson Davis and her son Gregory Davis.
She leaves to cherish her memories 3 aunts, 2 nieces, 2 nephews, 2 sister-in-laws and a host of cousins, family and friends as well as her beloved church family.
