Cheryl Lynn Bowles (Kee) was born on November 24, 1959 to Barbara Jean and Robert Lee Kee in San Pedro, California. While in high school, she met her future husband Carl Edward Bowles. They married on February 25, 1978 and went on to have two children.
Cheryl began her career in the retail industry and then worked for the Tinton Falls School District for many years. She continued into Food & Beverage Management working for the Marriott Hotels until her illness.
She loved and enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, going to the park, trips and supporting them in all that they pursued. She loved learning new things, reading and traveling.
Cheryl was predeceased in death by her mother, father and brother Jerrold.
She leaves to mourn her husband Carl E. Bowles of 41 years; her daughters Michelle and Jennifer; her brothers Robert Jr. and Michael; her sister Gloria; her four grandchildren Jazzarie, Javon, Jayden and Janeya; one great-grandson Adrian and one godson Jamel Bowles. She will be missed by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and two dearest friends, Mark Battle, Nancy Chavannes-Battle and Joyce Marshall.
Cheryl fought the good fight of faith. She was truly loved and will be dearly missed.
