Long Branch resident Frank Lawson Stovall, 68, passed away on Tuesday February 11, 2020 at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch.
Frank was born July 19, 1951 in Halifax, Virginia to Lucy Stovall and Frank White. Frank graduated from Long Branch High School. He worked as a traveling salesman and in his later years worked part-time as a Security Monitor for the Long Branch Housing Authority. Frank was a quiet man yet he was full of life.
He is predeceased by his mother Lucy Stovall, father Frank White, sisters Betty and Yvonne Stovall, brother Thomas Jackson Stovall, aunts Pearl Petty, Elizabeth Younger and Patty Stovall-Riddick and uncle Edward Stovall.
Left to cherish fond memories are his wife (separated) Flavia Stovall; long-time companion Annette Mills; sons Carl Reed (Trisshya), Frank Stovall Jr., and James Delgado; daughter Keia Stovall; brothers Larry, Kevin and James Hoover Stovall; uncles James Arthur and Harold Stovall; 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
