SERVICE DETAILS
Harry “Erk” Smith, 56, was born to the late Harry Williams, Sr., and Deborah (Ann) Smith. Affectionately known as "Latif,” he was a lifelong resident of Long Branch, NJ, where he attended the Long Branch public school system and graduated from the school of Hard knocks. He was a member of McLaughlin Pentecostal Faith Church, Long Branch, NJ. Latif loved and adored his family. He loved looking out for his family. Our own personal BODYGUARD!! His favorite saying was “YOU ALRIGHT.” Latif enjoyed dancing, taking pictures, and working out. His favorite thing was cleaning. He also enjoyed boxing. Latif would give you the shirt off his back and knock you out at the same DAM time!! (LOL). Latif was a loving son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend. He will be remembered for his playful spirit and the love he had for his family. He truly will be missed by all…
Latif is predeceased by loving parents, Harry Williams, Sr., and Deborah (Ann) Smith, Sweet sister Wendy Jean Williams and precious niece Wendy (Saboski) Smith, Aunt Mary Hester, and his paternal & maternal grandparents.
