Jacqueline Kelly was born in Wayne County, North Carolina on August 27th 1934. She departed this life on April 22, 2021 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, NJ at the age of 86.
Jacqueline formerly resided at the Shore area for over 60 years. She worked as a Dietician and Chef for the Hilltop Nursing Home of Middletown, NJ as well as a Licensed Practical Nurse before retiring.
Jacqueline enjoyed painting and sculpting, but her true passion was cooking. Affectionately known as "Granny," she was a great inspiration to all that knew and loved her.
She was a member of Saint Paul's Baptist Church of Red Bank, NJ and she truly loved the Lord. Jacqueline is predeceased by her parents Ezra and Irelle Kelley, her siblings Mable Cox, Rachel Newsome, David Kelley, Charles Kelley, James Kelley and Edwark Kelley.
Jacqueline is survived by her daughter, Linda C. Windley (Charles), her son Leamon W. Kelley (Yvonne), a sister Betty J. Naikiki, all of Neptune, NJ and a sister Shirley R. Raza of Oxford, North Carolina. Also left to cherish her memory are 9 grandchildren of whom she loved dearly Chendraca Foye, Rashad Anderson, Wajeedah Anderson, Nadirah Anderson, Ahmad Anderson, Rafiah Kelley, Lakeyshia Kelley, Jennifer Chavez (Alex), Tia Ruffin; Twenty one great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; a special niece Michelle Kelley and mother of grandchildren Zita Anderson as well as a host of other nieces and nephews.
