Jesus Manuel Figueroa Jr., 59 of Keansburg, passed away on Friday October 18, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.
Jesus was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on August 15, 1960 to his parents Jesus Sr. and Felicita Colon. "Gee," as he was affectionately known to his family and friends loved to play basketball and baseball. He loved and was a big fan of the New York Yankees!
Jesus worked at Regency Park Nursing Home (Anchor Care & Rehabilitation Center) in Hazlet, NJ for some time. In 1998 he met Kim his wife of 20 years and they married in 1999. He loved his family and friends. He will be missed.
Jesus was predeceased by his stepfather Falco, brother Jose, sister Yvette and uncle Papo.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Kim Kemp Figueroa; mother Felicita Colon; father Jesus Figueroa Sr.; daughter Felencia Johnson and her mother Stephanie; son Jesus Figueroa and his mother Maria; 2 sisters Madeline and Carmen (brother-in-law George); 2 aunts Anna and Midiglia; an uncle Luis, 2 granddaughters Infinity and Jahnya; his significant other Shelly who was with Jesus at the time of his passing; his step kids Darren, Arthur, Daquan and Michael as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
