SERVICE DETAILS
Kevin R. Jackson was born in Neptune, NJ on December 27, 1956, to the late Mr. Thomas & Mrs. Genevieve Jackson. Kevin transitioned on Monday February 20, 2023, at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, New Jersey.
Kevin graduated from Monmouth Regional High School located in Tinton Falls, NJ. After high school Kevin joined the United States Marine Corp. During his time of service in the Marines his primary specialty was a Heavy vehicle Operator. Kevin also earned the Rifle Sharpshooters Badge along with the Good Conduct Medal. After being Honorably discharged from the USMC, Kevin began his career in masonry and became an all around “Jack of All Trades.” He worked in construction well over 15 years. He also worked as a steelworker at a steel mill in Plainfield, NJ. Kevin could do everything from build you a house to fix your car. To know Kevin, was to love Kevin. He was a kind soul and would always be willing to give a helping hand. Kevin would also keep you laughing by always having a joke or a funny story to tell. There was never a dull moment when Kevin was around.
Kevin is predeceased by his wife Candi Quarles, both of his parents Mr. Thomas Jackson and Mrs. Genevieve Jackson; his twin children Kevin Jackson Jr. & Makeba Jackson; his brother Larry D. Jackson & Ronald J. Jackson; and his grandson Tazzeer Quarles-Reed.
Kevin leaves to cherish his many memories his children son Kevine R. Jackson (Shavonne Hamilton) of Freehold, NJ; daughter Latoya S. Jackson (Earl Morris Jr.) of Toms River, NJ; son Donnie Quarles Hagerstown, MD; son Majid Quarles (Hope Quarles) of Neptune, NJ; and daughter Robin Quarles of Hagerstown, MD. His grandchildren Kevine R. Jackson Jr., Kylah Jackson, Kae’Ona Jackson, Kaden Jackson, Heaven Perry, Timothy Perry Jr., Kilef Quarles, Tyshawn Quarles, Naszeer Quarles, Donnie Quarles Jr., Iyanna Quarles, Majiah Quarles, Miah Quarles, Mikal Jones Jr., Josiah Williams, Candi Quarles II, Sincere Quarles, and Madison Berry. His siblings; brother Thomas Jackson Jr. of Neptune, NJ, brother Wayne Jackson of Red Bank, NJ, and sister Sharan Jackson of Keansburg, NJ. Kevin also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends to cherish is many memories.
Kevin will be deeply missed by his loved ones.
