Margaret Louise Felton, 89, of Long Branch, NJ, passed away on June 8, 2023. She was born in Clarksville, TN, to George E. Gilliam, and Gerdoline (Thacker) Gilliam on May 6, 1934.
In the early years Margaret worked as a caregiver and cook for many families in Elberon, NJ. Next, she worked as an assembler for many years at Wheelock Signals Inc, and at Concurrent Computer Corporation where she did a variety of operations before retiring. Margaret was a devoted member of the Church of God in Christ and was a true believer. She was a faithful child of God.
She is predeceased by her parents, brother George, brothers, Leon and Howard Gilliam, and her beloved sister Barbara A. Maples.
She is survived by her loving husband of over 30 years, Charles C. Felton; she will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and a host of family and friends.
