Mary Ann Goodwin-Howard was born in Waynesboro, GA on July 15, 1944 to Annie Willie Cunningham-Goodwin and Robert Goodwin. She departed this life peacefully, with wings of flight to a place of Eternal Rest that is free from sorrow and pain on January 4, 2020.
Mary attended public schools in Georgia and graduated from Waynesboro High School in Waynesboro, GA. She was affectionately known to many as "Momma" or "Daisy" and was a beautiful soul. Mary worked at Asbury Park Tower in Asbury Park, NJ for 20 years.
She is predeceased by her husband Namon Howard, 7 sisters and 4 brothers.
She is survived by her 4 children: daughters Pauline Howard of NJ and Carla Ann Howard of NC; 2 sons Reginald Howard Sr. of NY and Leonard Howard of NJ; 12 grandchildren: Bob, Derek, Monty Tajmere, Holland, Mike, Brittany, Keshawn, Regina, Reginald Jr., Tyson, Lord and Zi'are; 17 great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces, nephews and in-laws.
