Solomon Roger Bonaparte was born on March 9, 1973 in Castries, Saint Lucia to Francillia and Andrew Bonaparte, where he attended San Souci primary school and St. Mary’s College. Solomon loved and adored his family and would go out of his way to make sure that they were ok. His favorite words were “Hesalop” and “Jamet.” Solomon enjoyed riding his motorcycle, going to the range, and giving everyone advice.
I used to shower before him and then turn the hose facing the door so that when he turns it on he would get wet, he would get mad and try to chase me and Dominic (son) would run and jump on him and say “let’s get him mama” and both of us would try and wrestle with him until he said he gave up, he would laugh and say “Venessa you’re messed up” but he still enjoyed every minute of it. He was always willing to help others even when he was tired or just wanted to relax.
He was a loving husband, son, father, brother, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend. He will be remembered for his playful spirit and the love he had for his family. He truly will be missed by all.
Solomon is predeceased by his father Andrew Bonaparte and brother Thomas Jean.
Solomon leaves his memories to be cherished by his wife Venessa; his beloved mother Francillia; his 3 sisters Diane, Kate and Ketra; his brother Ronald; 3 aunts Bernadine and family, Theresa and family, Agnella and family; grandaunt Lucia Gannon and family; 3 uncles Dolcius and family, Antoine and family, Alexander Blanchard and family; 3 kids Abrianna, Isaiah and Dominic; as well as his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and co-workers.
