Wallace Charles Armour, son of the late Benjamin and Viola Armour departed this life peacefully on Saturday April 24, 2020 at his home in Long Branch, NJ surrounded by his loving wife and family.
Wallace was born on June 17, 1948 in Matawan, NJ where he also graduated from Matawan Regional High School.
On March 7, 1987, he married the love of his life Florence Basinang, who he lovingly called "Sweet." Wallace enjoyed fishing, gardening, boating, hunting and spending time with his 2 favorite 4 legged buddies Trixie and Vicky.
Wallace was predeceased by his brothers Walter (Mary) Armour of Plainfield, NJ, James Armour of Rumson, NJ, Louis (Barbara) Armour of Long Branch, NJ and his sister Margie Beale (Howard) of Long Branch, NJ.
Surviving are his brothers Thomas (Helen) Armour of North Carolina and William (Shirley) of Neptune, NJ and his sisters Mary Alice Washington (Horace) of Neptune, NJ and Geraldine Crockett of Aberdeen, NJ.
To his many nieces and nephews he is referred to lovingly as "Uncle Wally."
His memory will remain with us forever.
