Adrian Sharon Hammond ended her Fantastic Voyage on November 15, 2021. Born June 27, 1956 to Mary & William Derickson, Adrian (aka Gypsy) was raised in Tinton Falls, NJ and graduated from Monmouth Regional High School.
Adrian worked in the healthcare industry at Marlboro Psychiatric Hospital for many years. Equal parts rebel without a cause and revolutionary, she rooted for the underdog and loved to help anyone in need. If you needed food, something to drink, or someone to turn the party out, Adrian was there!
Adrian was preceded in death by her parents Mary Heath & William Derickson and her sister Donna Herring.
Adrian leaves behind two loving sons John Hammond III of Texas, and Travis Kennedy of Florida; a sister Dr. Jennifer Washington (James) of Kentucky; brothers Michael Derickson (Heidi) of California and Roger Derickson (Virginia) of New Jersey; two grandchildren Sydney & John Turner Hammond; nieces, nephews and a host of family members and friends.
Adrian will truly be missed.
