Mr. Aurelio Ramos Diaz, affectionately known as “Yeyo,” passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 05, 2025, at Riverview Medical Center surrounded by family.
Aurelio was born October 15, 1929, to the union of Angel Ramos Velazquez and Andrea Diaz Velez in Camuy, Puerto Rico. He was a devoted husband, father, brother, uncle, grandfather and was loved by many.
Aurelio was well known for his landscaping business and love for horse races and wrestling. He retired at the tender age of 90. Most would say he was strong willed, and things had to go his way or the highway. Family meant everything to Aurelio.
Aurelio is predeceased by his late wife Juanita , parents, siblings and two grandchildren.
Aurelio is survived by his eight children, Aurelio Jr., Daniel, Judy, Albert(Marie),
Eliot(Hope), Raul, Lycet (Martin) and Yesenia; fifteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild as well as a host of nieces and nephews. May his soul rest in eternal peace and may his memory continue to live on in those that knew and loved him. Rest easy Pop. La Bendición from all of your children.
