Carmen Gloria Santos-Wheeler passed away on Friday April 26, 2019 at the age of 67 years. Carmen was born March 3, 1952 in Brooklyn, NY to the late Valentino Santos and Helen Louise Santos, sister of Caroline (deceased), Rosemarie, Juanita (deceased) and Marguerite. Ex-wife to Arminius C. Young Sr. and the late Samuel Wheeler.
Carmen was a life long state Corrections Officer, an active member of the Long Branch community and a kind and loving mother to all who she encountered. She will greatly be missed by many.
Carmen will be lovingly remembered by her beloved four sons and four daughter-in-laws Manolito L. Rosado, Wendy L. Rosado, Arminius C. Young III, Gennifer M. Young, Jason C. Young, Janelle B. Annese-Young, Erick T. Young and Jennifer Young; 18 grandchildren Tyler R. Joi, Selena, Arminius IV, Xavier (deceased), Iziah, Dajour, Alijah, Rylee, Lavina, Amara, Marques, Tyra, Tatiana, Tessa, Erick Jr. (deceased), Tyler J., Julian and one expecting grandchild Jayden; two great-grandchildren Melakai and expecting great-grandchild Kane.
