Lori had a great sense of humor, enjoyed a good laugh, and had an amazingly beautiful smile. She could uplift even the most saddened person by helping them see the brighter side of things. She was also known for being “slick with her tongue” at times but everyone knew her heart was pure, and she meant everyone well. Delores, Dee-Dee, had an abundance of love for her family, she loved music, dancing, celebrating events, and traveling.

Left to cherish her precious memories are her loving daughters, DaVisha Bailey-Pratt (husband Louis Pratt Sr,), Shalyce M. Lori (my LoLo) we shared a special bond for over 40+ years. We transcended good and hard times together as friends. We laughed, cried and prayed many of those days. I will forever treasure those special times we spent on our knees before the Lord in prayer. Her faith was very strong and I’m comforted in knowing that she is with the Lord!! Her jokes, laughter and realness is something I truly loved and appreciated about her. I am continually in awe at how she handled her illness. She never complained, always had a positive attitude and definitely fought hard to be strong for everyone she loved. She often said to me “Dee, I’m not giving up, I’m a Child of the Most High God!! It ain’t over until He says so” Lo Lo, you fought a good fight, now you don’t have to fight anymore. Take your rest in the arms of
our Heavenly Father!! I’ll see you in the morning!! My prayers and condolences go out to Devisha, ShaLyice and Family. May God give you comfort, peace and strength in the days to come!! Much love to you all!! Be Blessed!!

RIP Lori one thing is for sure you sure had a slick tongue but oh so sweet and a smile that lit up a room, gonna miss you cursing me out when I jokingly called you Pam every time I saw you. Thank you for always treating me like family. Give Ms. Cammie a kiss for me. May your soul rest in peace however to be absent from the body means to be present with the Lord. Take your wings and fly Lori, love you and you will truly be missed.
