Private

Eugene Robert Baskerville Jr., 65, was born July 5, 1957, to the late Dorothy Rebecca Bowles and Eugene Robert Baskerville Sr. He answered God’s call and took his heavenly flight on October 27, 2022.

Eugene served in the Army for 9 years.  He then became Foreman for Tinton Falls Public Works in which he worked 24 years; prior to retirement he became very ill.  It was an up and down journey for him, but he dedicated his time and energy to make his family happy.  He was a bright morning star to everyone he met.

He is predeceased by his parents Dorothy Rebecca Bowles and Eugene Robert Baskerville Sr. and sister Bernadine Jackson.

He leaves to celebrate and cherish his memories his wife Diana Baskerville of 26 years; 4 stepchildren Tanell Pryor, Mary Domiquez, Pamela Williams and Ebony Hollis; 16 grandchilden; five brothers Roosevelt Bowles (Valerie), Samuel Bowles, John Nathan Phillips Jr., David Brian Phillips and Charles McKnight (Tawana); three sisters Caroline Phillips, Helen Christina Phillips (Larry) and Dorothy McKnight Brewer (Charles); a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.

He will be missed but never forgotten.  Eugene your work is done here on earth and its your time to take your heavenly rest.  We love you but God loves you best.  Rest in peace.
