Frederick Wright Jr. was born August 31, 1952 and departed this life on July 4, 2019 after a long protracted illness. Frederick who was affectionately known as "Butchie" to family and friends was a native of Baltimore, Maryland and had been a resident of New Jersey since 2006.
Frederick was a product of the Baltimore City School system and a graduate of Edmondson Senior High School. Prior to his illness, Frederick worked at BWI (Baltimore Washington International) Airport and a local trucking company. During the 70's and 80's he played guitar with a local band.
As a young man, Frederick could always be found helping local restaurants on North Hilton Street cutting grass, painting fences, running errands, snow removal and generally helping where he could. Fred was a lover of Play Station and playing his cherished guitar. Fred loved to eat enjoying submarine sandwiches, Popeye's chicken and Maryland steamed crabs.
He is preceded in death by his mother, father, sister and brother. He leaves to cherish his memories his son, grandsons, sister and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. At the request of the family services will be private.
Rest peacefully in God’s Loving Arms Frederick. You were such a wonderful wonderful man.
