Gerard Baron Lawson, affectionately known as "Barry," 60 of San Diego, California formerly of Keyport, New Jersey was called home to glory on Saturday July 27, 2019 in San Diego, California. He was raised in Keyport, New Jersey and lived his adult life in San Diego, California. Barry was a loving and devoted brother, uncle and friend.
Barry was predeceased by his parents, James LeRoy Lawson Sr. and Mary Lou Lawson of Keyport, New Jersey.
He leaves to cherish his memory two brothers, Jim Lawson Jr. (Retha) of New Jersey and Troy Lawson of Arizona; sister Tonya Lawson of Maryland; his nephews Joel, Malcolm, DeRon, Garrett and Brandon; his nieces Gabrielle, Miranda, Myra and Miesha as well as a host of uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
So sad to learn of the passing of Barry….Barry was a student in my first teaching class at Keyport Central School….My condolences to the entire Lawson family …..
