Michael P. German, born in Long Branch, NJ on March 27, 1951 passed away at 71 on August 20, 2022. Michael was raised in Tinton Falls, NJ and graduated from Monmouth Regional High School in 1969. He enlisted in the US Army and served 5 years; most of which was spent in Korea where he met and married his wife SoYoung.
Michael worked for many years for Ocean Township as a mechanic and for Aramark. His favorite pastimes were barbecuing and being outside in nature.
He is predeceased by his parents Grace and Melvin and by his brother Melvin Jr.
Left to mourn are his wife of 47 years SoYoung; his son Matthew; daughter Marena (Reginald); grandchildren Natasha, Sienna, Noah, Nia, Reginald Jr. and Royce; his great-grandchildren Randy and Nori; his sister Janie.
