Troy was born to Alma Harrison and James Dunnegan at Fitkin Memorial Hospital now Jersey Shore University Medical Center on January 27, 1961. He attended the Asbury Park school system and earned his GED on August 29, 1980. He worked in various fields including marble and tile, moving and plumbing. He left us physically on September 14, 2019 but will be forever in our hearts.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Ruby White, paternal grandmother Ruth Arthur, bonus mother Mattie Arthur, bonus father Richard Wright and brother Kevin Owens.
Troy is survived by his mother Geraldine Wright and father Willie Arthur; siblings Raymond A. Owens Jr., Derrick Owens, Reno Watson, Terrence Dunnegan, Tiangella Dunnegan, Shaquicha Dunnegan, Hollee Venable, Sykema K. Young, Tiffany Wright and Shawnya Arthur Gartrell; children Torey Arthur, Shardaye Williams and Trevor Mitchell; grandchildren Amani Arthur, Camren Arthur, Adiel Vamvas, Makaylah Esdaile and Laiyah Esdaile as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
